Q. Are your flowers real?

A. All of the roses on this site are real, natural flowers that have been especially treated to preserve their natural beauty. We complement the roses with a range of other flowers, which are artificial, but more lifelike than any artificial flowers you are likely to have seen before.

Q. Why would I buy your flowers instead of real ones?

A. There are several reasons. These flowers will stand up to scorching summer temperatures and still look fresh. You may want the peace of mind that comes from having your flowers delivered to your satisfaction well before your big day, and leave other things to chance. You may live in a remote area and want flowers or styles not available locally, or you may want to keep your wedding bouquet as a keepsake.

Q. How soon do I have to order my flowers?

A. You should book your date as soon as possible, just like with any other florist, to ensure we are able to meet your requirements. Fortunately, your flowers will look fresh and new for a long time, so we can deliver them weeks ahead of time. We recommend delivery two to three weeks before the wedding so that your flowers are in peak condition. We don’t want the dog to get to them now, do we!

Q. How do I store my flowers between delivery and the wedding?

A. After you have checked them, place them back in the box, being careful not to crush any of the flowers. They last, but they are still delicate. Place them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A temperature range of 10-25„a is ideal. Try not handle them, even though it may be tempting to show them off. Please do not let ANYONE spray them with water on the day.

Q. Can you preserve my wedding flowers if they have been done by another florist?

A. No sorry. The flowers must have been preserved using a special process, not yet used in Australia, within 12 hours of being picked.

Q. How much will it cost to deliver my flowers to me?

A. This will depend on where you live. As a rough guide, approximate shipping costs for a box containing a medium bridal arrangement and two bridesmaids, plus accessories like buttonholes, going to common Australian destinations are shown here:
